What You’ll Do
- Drive and lead business growth
- Estimate jobs and manage business activity
- Keep the truck & teams professional and organized
- Recruit, train & lead team members
- Market the business locally
- $24-$28 Per Hour including tips and daily bonuses
- Quarterly Results Bonus
- Earn Equity Ownership
- Trades, moving, or hands-on work experience
- Physically fit and reliable
- Comfortable with customer interaction
- Wants real ownership, not just a job
